1. Bookings only valid for the journey stated.
2. Destiny Executive Cars is unable to carry animals, with the exception of guide dogs.
3. After the first hour waiting time, clients will be charged £20.00 per hour. Charged in 15 minute intervals and part there of.
4. 24 hours notice required for a full refund unless a deposit has been pre-arranged.
5. Confirmation of booking is always in writing by email or sms to a mobile telephone.
6. Traffic conditions and other incidents beyond our control may cause delays. We will endeavor to contact you with these problems.
7. If for any reason we are unable to supply the exact vehicle requested, we will provide a suitable alternative for your travel requirements.
8. Payments accepted by all major credit/debit cards including Business & corporate cards. Cash may be paid to the driver at the point of collection.
9. All pre-approved account holders will be billed monthly with a fully itemized bill. The account holder has 28 days to make payment. Pre-approved accounts are subject to 10% administration costs.
